XPLIFT is published by Crestline Apps LLC ("XPLIFT," "we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data when you use the XPLIFT mobile application (the "App"). By using XPLIFT, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We do not collect or store your payment card details. All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we receive only confirmation of your subscription status.

3. AI Coaching Features

XPLIFT offers AI-powered coaching and nutrition guidance. When you use these features, the relevant prompts and fitness context you provide are sent to our third-party AI providers (OpenAI and/or Anthropic) solely to generate a response. This data is processed to provide the feature and is not used to train third-party models where such providers offer that protection. AI-generated content is informational only and is not medical or professional advice.

You can change this preference at any time in your device's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining does not limit your access to the App's core features.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
